Make space for appreciation, honest feelings, and one small change for the week ahead.

Before you begin

A check-in is a conversation, not a score for your relationship. Choose a time when you both have the energy to listen. Take turns answering, and reflect back what you heard before offering solutions.

  1. Each share one thing you appreciated this week.
  2. Name a feeling and a need without assigning blame.
  3. Choose one small, realistic action together and a time to revisit it.

These are educational conversation aids, not therapy. Use them when both people feel safe and willing. If there is fear, coercion, or violence, prioritize individual support. Find support
